Power writing

How  could you get the wrong idea about the person if someone could write so sound and almost error free as in here bellow shown in this email correspondence? 

I wasn't able to. Not only that but that  i didn't have the clue at that time as to such an ego do exists is perhaps the matter to be noted here from being myself vindicated by the failure, for having to correspond continuously for such a long time that way, without regard to if anything at all along the line was going to be meaningful or not.  

This was about a decade ago when i was actively finishing some of my projects. As there is yet nothing shown to be necessary for avoiding  for privacy, here is the exact correspondence what happened:

I am contacting you based on my research into you as very reliable to represent my interest in matters that are of immediate concern to me. I was a serving General, now retired, with the past military administration of my country and by virtue of my past appointment I was privileged to have secured for myself huge sums of money which I intend to place in to one or several profitable business opportunities there in your country where it has the potential to grow. Back here in Nigeria, I have a vested interest in property development and over the years while in service, I had accumulated a considerable number of properties, residential and commercial alike. However, on the birth of democracy, a probe was set up to check on the financial excesses and mismanagement of government funds by past serving officials of the then military administration of General Sani Abacha. This development exposed a lot of financial misappropriation within various government parastatals in so much that the present civilian government had to pass a bill whereby those found wanting in one aspect or the other were compulsorily restricted from travelling out of the country pending the outcome of investigation on them and worse still those perceived to be living above their income, had their personal properties confiscated. Their accounts also were frozen. Local and foreign alike Though I lost so much to the government. I was still able to retain a 5/29/2006 considerable sum of money in Foreign bills which I have in cash sums. This, I intend to invest in your country. And since I desire to settle with my family outside Nigeria, I will require you to purchase a large and comfortable home for me. Prior to my trip to join you, we shall discuss on possible investment opportunities available and perhaps conclude arrangements on how I may have the funds with me moved over. Though I have one major problem here as I cannot make a direct deposit of these funds into any bank here as such move will immediately make me a subject of investigation. However, I am at the verge of concluding negotiations on an alternative means of getting these funds out and as soon as I am sure of my arrangements I will require you to hold these funds in proxy pending my arrival in your country. I have been assured here by the officials of the company were the funds are deposited in their vault, a reputable Diplomatic Security Company, that they will move these funds out of my country for me to their Overseas Agents where the funds can be claimed by my nominated representative. This will be achieved through a Diplomatic Channell and the consignment labeled Diplomatic for safe, hitch free and smooth delivery. This whole process will not take more than 7 working days to accomplish and once the company officials are notified the funds will be moved out in a Diplomatic Consignment. For obtaining ownership of business here, i think, buying shares is the easiest process for a person in overseas. For us to issue shares i need few details of the share holder: in which name and address the share certificate to be printed; a letter indicating intention of purchase. On behalf of the company, i can issue 49% of shares at $449,000.00CAD. In such case, we do not need an offer to purchase agreement or any other transaction. The process is simple. Upon receipt of purchase of intention letter by e-mail or fax (204) 942-7200, and receipt of payment, a share certificate will be sent. Some times in future, you may take full ownership with our mortgage assistance up to $400,000.00 without paying $900.000.00 full. Only if your intention is to purchase the properties not the company, then we need an offer to purchase agreement. In that case, i have to send you an agreement before any other proceedings. If your intention is further investment, i can issue non-voting shares of Fenton Group Limited or in an other affiliated companies which i use for various purposes. Then i need the amount you want to invest, your interests and/or conditions etc.

How are you? I have been away to my country home in Jos - Plateau State and just came back this morning hence my inability to respond to your mail over the weekend.

I have gone through your website and the property most ideal for my Family is MLS Link #2517909. (472 Alexander).I have noted the Purchase Price and once terms are acceptable the funds here with me would me made available for payment. Sequel to my previous mails to you these funds are presently in the vault of a Diplomatic Security Company deposited for safe keeping and once we agree on terms I will give the company instruction to move these funds out of my Country as they had assured me that this is possible to my nominated representative(You) through their Affiliated Agents Overseas. But note that the amount for the Property is a fraction of the total amount deposited with the Company hence my suggestion that the bigger portion be channeled to the purchase of shares in your Company (BCGrouop Real Estate Ltd) and if the Company can not absorb the whole amount then the reminder will be channeled to various other investments their in your country were the funds have the potential to grow with you overseeing the investment.

My Notary is giving me the Draft Agreement that I intimated you about today and once I am in receipt of it I will forward it to you for your perusal. It will contain the total amount for investment, expected interest etc. Have a nice day ahead and awaiting your swift response.
